Currently under construction, the Wests Mayfield club is undergoing a complete refurbishment. The Bistro servery and café are the first areas to be completed and have set the standard for the rest of the works.
The full height cement cladding wall was replaced with mirror acrylic panels which further extends the sense of scale and light in this double height space. Working with some existing finishes, we have managed to create a new look and feel to the bistro and café areas. Black steel framed shelving units are complemented by a large ‘birdcage’ frame which will be the focal point of this bistro seating area. Hanging plants have been carefully placed to give a softer feel while custom made oil tins appear doubled as their reflection bounces off the mirror wall.
New custom carpet has been designed for the club and is due to be installed in the coming months. The main bar is close to completion while the next stages of the refurbishment include meeting rooms, gaming rooms, large sports bar, bistro seating and lounge areas.
