The Pearl is a world class facility offering a mix of premium accommodation, business and conference facilities to both the local Fiji and International tourism markets. Located at Pacific Harbour, Fiji’s ‘adventure capital’. The Pearl is one hour west of the capital Suva and offers an alternative destination to Denarau in Nadi on the main island of Viti Levu, Fiji.
EJE in association with AAPI Design Fiji, designed a refurbishment and expansion master plan project to provide a mix of hotel style accommodation sizes, room rates and distinctive levels of finishes. The hotel offers a broad range of accommodation levels in order to capture a large segment of the local leisure and business tourism markets.
A combination of room styles and sizes in this design is driven by the degree of sale-ability for a product in a location as distinct as Pacific Harbour. EJE with AAPI Design achieved a unique solution for the project that is contemporary in its architecture, yet successfully references the broader regional nature of the South Pacific and provides an unprecedented level of integrated modern services to the Pacific Island region.
