The new Sandvik Australia Operations Centre at Heatherbrae is a $60 million D&C development which combines several different operations facilities on the one super site. It is a benchmark facility for Sandvik providing state of the art offices adjacent to the heavy industry workshops. The clever incorporation of an existing crescent of trees on the site, allows the two different work environments to sit comfortably in close proximity, providing a street presence fitting of a multinational, and allows for the efficient operations of Sandvik Australia.
