EJE have recently completed the first stage of a 470 Apartment and Villa residential development with Commercial and Community facilities known as Salacia Waters at Paradise Point in Queensland. This exciting master planned community, designed by International Urban Designers DPZ, incorporates New Urbanism principles and is dedicated to implementing community orientated urbanism as an alternative to unsustainable conventional suburban sprawl. EJE’s role in this project incorporated the schematic design of several buildings in addition to being the construction documentation architect for all stages of the project.
