EJE was engaged to assist with the design of a new Regional Football Facility for Northern NSW Football at Speers Point Park, Speers Point.
The $12M development includes a new administrative building, two full size football training fields and 10 synthetic five-a-side enclosed fields with associated car parking. The administration building provides office accommodation for up to 33 staff, two conference / training rooms, public amenities and a cafe with full commercial kitchen and alfresco dining area. The building also includes four full sized change rooms, two referees’ rooms and a large storage area.
