This mixed use development completed in 2020 contains 318 residential apartments and Youth Centre on a significant gateway site fronting the Princes Highway at Arncliffe. The seven residential buildings sit above a four level basement, and open onto a central landscaped podium that is the heart of the development. The Youth Centre managed by Bayside Council contains two indoor courts, plus a variety of community meeting and function spaces. The apartments are located across seven buildings, which have a varied skyline to create a series of linked buildings with changing colour pallets and façade designs along the street frontages. Commercial and retail spaces spill onto the generous landscaped forecourts and aim to revitalise dining and shopping in this part of Arncliffe.
The southern end of the site contains a large retained lemon scented gum and a copper screened curved façade building as feature sculptural elements that announce the site form the south and highlight its gateway status. At the north eastern corner tiered steps from the central podium links the site to the adjacent Arncliffe Railway station.
